This occurs when a person puts a rope around their neck and hangs.

In general, it is a less painful death, however, if the fracture does not lead to death, the person will suffer horrors until death.

If the deceased is found within a few hours of hanging, although decomposition begins immediately after death there will be little or no contamination in the environment. But if it is found within days or weeks, the place of death will be transformed into a totally contaminated and toxic environment.

Human decomposition process after hanging
