December 20, 2019 neighborhood of Tremembé North Zone of São Paulo.

I arrive at 1:00 pm to carry out an inspection of a property that, according to the owner, had been accumulating objects for 03 years.

I didn't get to enter the property because it was impossible, I asked the owner to tell me the size in m² of that area.

In the sums we made, there are 300m² of built area, on the top 03 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 02 bathrooms, a service area. At the bottom a huge room, kitchen, 02 bedrooms and 01 bathroom.

We agreed to start cleaning on 12/22 because I needed to see the possibility of parking a 15m container for 05 tons.

But we ended up seeing that it would be impossible to park such a large container in the garage and we couldn't leave it on the street because it is a neighborhood with narrow streets.

The solution would be to pack all that material and put it in registered trucks to dispose of in the sanitary landfill.

We couldn't open the living room door and couldn't see the other rooms in the property.

Garbage dominated everything, you could see a lot of clothes and garbage almost reaching the roof of the slab.

After 01 day removing objects, clothes and a lot of trash from the room we were able to see the other rooms. Two of the three bedrooms had their doors and windows sealed with bricks and cement.

We chose to tear down the walls to find out what was inside the dorms.

When making the felling, a lot of garbage came with it. The dorms were full of garbage. Those who lived in that place filled and closed, filled and closed with bricks.

It took exactly 20 days to remove all that rubbish.

We ended only on January 10, 2020.

In total, 15 trucks were loaded.

We had a war operation. During rubbish removal we had to apply insecticide to the lower part of the property, as there were scorpions in parts of the rubble.

As we were cleaning, rats escaped through the open drains.

In the total sum when the trucks were weighed in the sanitary landfill, we were informed that there were 20 tons of garbage.

20 tons is more than a neighborhood garbage collection. Only a city hall truck can capture seven tons and all material is still pressed.

The person who lived in the property was taken care of by the family and began to undergo psychological treatment.

The owner responsible for the property would decide whether to demolish the entire house or if it would be feasible to renovate it.
