The owner of the house was very upset about what had happened, she had informed us that the caretaker had been working for them since 2021.

We were hired to clean the area and the service was scheduled to be carried out on a Friday, however due to rains the owner who lives in São Paulo preferred to schedule it for Monday of the next week.

According to our calculations, the place would have been dirty and contaminated for ten days, and the body stayed in the place for four to five days and was found by a person who had a nearby business.

This trade person received a call from one of the caretaker's relatives asking him to come to the house and he placed an easel on the wall to verify what had happened. As he climbed the wall, he saw the body of the caretaker on the outside of the house, naked, with a hood over his head and his arms tied.

When our cleaning team arrived at the scene, they entered the property and observed that there was probably a fight scene with more than two people there.

They didn't take anything from the house, there was no sign of break-in on the doors or windows. We imagine that the caretaker left the doors of the room where he slept open. As it was hot, he must have taken a shower and laid only in his underwear on the bed.

There were signs of a struggle, but he was certainly at a disadvantage. They tied his hands and beat him a lot. The bed was completely covered in blood.

They must have dragged his body out of the room, because there was a trail of blood in the backyard and that's where there were bodily fluids due to decomposition.

The owners of the property said that they no longer have access to the house and will put the property up for sale. And that he also had a great bond of friendship with the caretaker.
